Agent “needs input” icon: bare “?” designs

Replaces AgentQuestionIcon (src/renderer/src/components/AgentQuestionIcon.tsx, currently lucide MessageCircleQuestion). Every option keeps the same color token: text-agent-question (orange-600 light / orange-500 dark). Since the icon is one shared component, the pick swaps all 6 call sites at once. Click a design card (or use the bar below) to preview it everywhere.

Notes

• T* = three “?” marks. Q* = one “?” plus something that says it is being asked (quotes, sound waves, typing dots, a raised hand, rays, “!”). B is kept from round 1 to compare against.
• Watch the 8px bell badge. The trios and composite marks have the most detail, so check the matrix row at true size (zoom 1×) before picking.
• Faded parts use opacity on the same --agent-question color, so there are no new colors. Q3's animation would need to respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Any pick is still a one-file change in AgentQuestionIcon.tsx.
